New CIGS selenization furnace

Wilro Advanced Technologies announces the market introduction of it’s new generation selenization furnace for mass production of CIGS thin film solar modules. The new developed selenization furnace can handle substrate sizes up to 1245x635mm. and has a batch capacity up to 30 substrates.

Wilro is a major player and technology leader in providing both selenization and sulfurization equipment for CIGS technology. Fast heating and cooling rates as well as excellent temperature uniformity and homogeneous gas distribution makes Wilro’s CIGS selenization furnace an outstanding mass production tool. Wilro also provides 3-axis boat handling solutions including substrate loading/unloading by robot with direct interface to any central conveyor transport system. Waste gas treatment solutions – e.g. dry bed absorber/wet scrubber – are also available and will be offered based on the plant lay-out.

CVD coating equipment

February 2010

Electron Thermal Processing Equipment BV successfully completed the installation and commissioning of its new developed, turn key CVD diffusion coating system. The equipment, installed at a major repair shop for gas turbine components, will be used for coating, cleaning, aging and solution heat treatments up to 1200°C. The large working area D=1000 x H=1500mm. minimises the total processing time of repair parts.
