Wear resistance
As part of our wear resistant coating line, we offer superior CVD coating for a wide variety of applications. CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) coating is performed in a controlled atmosphere at elevated temperatures. Different gasses are introduced in the reactor that will form thin film coatings. CVD coating is mainly used for:
- Metal-forming tools
- Carbide milling
- Turning inserts
- Wear components
